Our Philosophy

We work exclusively for you — independent, discreet, and fully aligned with your goals. We don’t think in products, but in people. Not in quarters, but in generations.

2018

Founded from Conviction

Christian Sammet founded Wealthgate as an independent family office — with the ambition to offer clients guidance that goes beyond traditional financial services.

Beyond Finance not as a slogan, but as an attitude: understanding what someone needs, and then finding the right path."

– Christian Sammet

Value-preserving. Guiding.

Tailored.

KI-Fund 2019
2019

One of Germany’s First AI Funds

In collaboration with Prof. Dr. Sven Schmeier from the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI), an AI-focused investment fund was created. The motivation was substantive, not strategic:

Artificial intelligence will change how companies operate and create value. Those who invest early understand more — and that is what we wanted to make possible for our clients.

Own strategies.

Own discipline.

2020

Wealthgate Biotech Fund

Anyone looking to invest in biotechnology quickly hits a wall: the most exciting companies are often small, under-researched, and difficult for private investors to access. The Wealthgate Biotech Fund was created to provide exactly that access — with scientific depth and an investment process that prioritises clinical evidence over market opinion.

2021

The Multi-Asset Fund

The multi-asset fund pursues a specific goal: to provide orientation, reduce complexity and give clients the confidence of being well-positioned even in turbulent markets. Not the most exciting approach — but usually the right one.

Financing Division

In the same year, Wealthgate grew with a financing division. Anyone who truly oversees wealth must also understand how capital is deployed and structured. Fast, independent support in complex financing situations has been part of the standard offering ever since.

2022

Headquarters in Schwäbisch Hall

Wealthgate established its headquarters in Schwäbisch Hall. A fixed location was important — even though we don’t think in terms of location. We are content-driven. We come to you.

Another building block: protection and retirement planning. Rarely the most exciting topic — but a crucial part of protecting wealth and carrying it from one generation to the next. Conceived individually, creatively and independently.

Christian Sammet

Founder

Christian Sammet brings decades of experience from senior positions in national and international private banking. That time gave him an understanding of markets, people, and interconnections that is hard to learn. At some point he realised: he could offer his clients more if he worked completely independently of any bank.

Good advice needs time and freedom. Time to listen. Freedom to choose the solution that fits — not the one that happens to be available."

Wealthgate is the result of this conviction.

Christian Sammet
We know wealth from both sides — as advisors and as those who carry the responsibility. That makes the difference.

— Lutz Meschke

Christian Sammet & Lutz Meschke

Christian Sammet & Lutz Meschke

Two perspectives that complement each other — one from decades of advising clients, one from corporate leadership.

As former CFO of Porsche AG, Lutz Meschke led large structures, made complex decisions and lived the responsibility that comes with handling significant capital. His network and experience drive Wealthgate’s development.

The connection to Christian Sammet arose from a shared perspective: Good work requires independence. Trust takes time. Long-term thinking pays off — even when short-term alternatives seem more tempting.

Long-term thinking needs the right partner.
